IS 300 – Engine code : 3GR-FE, 3.0 liter DOHC V6, Dual VVT-i (228 hp, 170 kW)
IS 350 – Engine code : 2GR-FSE, 3.5 liter DOHC V6, Dual VVT-i, D-4S twin injection system (combination of direct injection and traditional port injection) (306 hp, 228 kW)
IS F – Engine code : 2UR-GSE, 5 liter DOHC V8, Dual VVT-i and VVT-iE on the intake cam, D-4S gasoline direct injection (417 hp, 311 kW)
