2.5 liter M272 E25 V6, DOHC, 24 valves, CVVT (continous variable valve timing), aluminum engine block and cylinder heads. 204 PS (201 hp/150 kW) at 6100 rpm.

3.5 liter M272 E35 V6, DOHC, 24 valves, CVVT (continous variable valve timing), aluminum engine block and cylinder heads. 272 PS (268 hp/200 kW) at 6000 rpm.

6.2 liter M156 V8 (designed by Mercedes-AMG), (525 hp/391 kW), available for C-63 AMG. One of the world’s most powerful naturally-aspirated V8 engine.

2.1 liter diesel OM611, Inline 4, DOHC, 16 valves

3.0 liter diesel OM642, V6, DOHC, 24 valves, aluminum block, common rail fuel injection and a variable nozzle turbocharger. 224 PS (221 hp/165 kW)

2.0 liter K20Z3 Inline 4 DOHC i-VTEC (only operate on the intake cam), 160hp (120 kW),  no spark plug wires and distributor

2.0 liter K20Z2 Inline 4 DOHC i-VTEC (operates on both the intake and exhaust valves),  200hp (only available in Honda Civic Type R and Acura RSX Type-S)
