Modified Proton Gen-2

Proton is the Malaysian national carmaker. Proton Gen-2 was launched in the third quarter of 2004. The platform was co-developed by Proton and Lotus. Proton Gen-2 is the first Proton to use the Campro (short for Cam Profile) engine – 1.3 liter Campro S4PE and 1.6 liter Campro S4PH both running on DOHC 16-valve inline four configuration.

– Momo “MOD07” racing steering wheel
– R3 carbon fiber gear knob
– Arospeed quick release hub
– SSCUS “Imola” full bucket seat
– SSCUS 4-point harness

Proton Gen-2 with A’pexi air filter and Hotbits 4-2-1 straight flow exhaust header. The car’s battery has been relocated to the back of the trunk, this is to make place for the air intake’s custom shield which helps to block out the hot air which reduces the condensation of oxygen.

    i suka keta gen 2…..keta i dah kena langgar 2 kali….walaupun kemek ….tapi…tetap okey,,,,,,..dah 7 tahun i pakai tak dah masalah….

    kalu nak beli gen 2 second kena tengok milage kalu thn 2004 milage under 100.000 ribu ok la tu..aku baru beli gen 2 thn 2005 bulan 10 2010 milage baru 47000..still kereta mcm baru lagi bro ..tida masaalah ok je pernah memecut hingga 180kmj…jgn banyak dengar cerita orang yg x pakai gen2..pada aku gen 2 ok and power….

    aku pakai gen 2 1st model 2004 1.6 standard….masih handal utk memecut 220km/h.enjin msih tip top..tp laju 2 stereng jd ringan r plak….gabra..hehehe but anyway….jge enjin ye mcm jge diri…jgn selalu lenjan(aku lenjan kadang2 je)….enjin jgn modi2 law nk pkai lame…

    Aku bli gen2 thun 2004,bulan 5 bru ni, time beli milage bru 63000, still ok lg…xde pape masalah pun..nak tahan lame enjin kene jage, yg byak rosak tu tntu xjage enjin, kete pe pun klu enjin xjage rosak gak kan..slame aku bli ni dah 1 malaysia aku round..xde masalah…pecut 150kmj tu minyak kt kaki lg…ley nak speed lg..ley lg gi 200kmj.. sesape nk bli gen2 jgn hiraukan kate2 org yg xpkai gen2…hnye yg pnah pkai aje taw kehebatan die..bab kate hanya jauhari mengenal manikam

    Asrul, kawan di Proton confirm, sebab lokasi dan design oil sump, kalau kereta lowered, kena berhati-hati, banyak crack happen kat road bump, sebab tu, minyak hitam pun habis titik demi titik sampai engine kena bakar
